The Channel Junkies brand was created in 2019. It wasn’t always a success story. Like many other real estate agents, we had great intention but the wrong guidance.
BIG MISTAKE #1 We paid HUGE sums of money to a marketing company that took our content, chopped it up, and then repurposed it onto every platform on the internet.
They were instructing us to shoot community videos, listing videos, and short videos. The content was really focused on the community and entertainment style videos.
This went on forever….
BIG MISTAKE #2 We were spending $2,000 for each video. And, $10,000 per month on marketing services.
Eventually, Jackson ran out of money, and I was burning my year of cold calling profits.
This was the most painful experience in my real estate career.
But it taught me an important lesson.
Money comes and goes but YouTube videos last forever.
Still to this day, even though we did it wrong, those videos live on.
That’s what gave us our jumpstart into who we are today.
We put real estate agents at the forefront of everything we do, ensuring our ideas and plans are effective and profitable.
